We represent accused persons for Drunken Driving, theft, fraud, housebreaking, robbery, rape, sexual harassment or any related charge were the state is prosecuting a natural person or company.

Family Law

Divorces, harassment, domestic violence, maintenance and children's court applications. This includes the drafting of parenting plan's to be made an order of court if the parties never have been married.

Contact Law

The drafting of any contract including lease agreements, business contracts, employment contracts, sale of business, selling of property etc.

Conveyancing

We are working in association with attorneys based in Pretoria so the transfer of any property/portion of land will be dealt with in a matter of days if the bond is in order.

Antenuptial Contacts

The drafting of any of the two Antenuptial Contracts, with or without the accrual system. (Book your appointment +-3 months before the wedding to enable us to register the contract in time at the Deeds Office).
